Stephanie + Michael | Engaged

If you’ve never met Stephanie and Michael, well… you should. They are such sweethearts and so much fun! Stephanie is the photographer who took our portraits at Hoover Dam, and these are the images we captured of them on the same day! Michael had just proposed to Stephanie a few weeks before, and they had never gotten portraits taken together, so it was just the perfect time.

I’m so grateful to have met wonderful people in this industry like Stephanie. There are a lot of nuances and misconceptions about people who run their own businesses, work from home, etc. and it’s amazing to have a network of people who will encourage you, give honest advice, and be your teammates rather than your competition. Stephanie and I serve a lot of the same types of brides, but we freely share advice and even second shoot for another on occasion! On our most recent adventure to one of my weddings in Dayton, we stopped for Starbucks on the way there AND on the way back… and if that’s not someone who understands me, I don’t think anyone does. 😉

Stephanie, I’m so grateful for your friendship and I’m SO excited for you and Michael! Your new life together is going to be incredible. Marriage is hard work, but it’s beyond rewarding and the foundation you have set in your relationship is so precious. Congratulations again!!
