Arica & Levi | Engaged

The last time I saw Arica and Levi was at their engagement session nearly nine months ago! Arica and I both laughed looking back on it, because after having to reschedule several times, we landed on the COLDEST day of the year to take their engagement portraits! It was windy, snowy, and numbingly cold but these two made the best of it! I knew then that they were a pretty awesome couple, and I couldn’t wait to capture their wedding day.

Arica and Levi have a beautiful daughter named Lily who you’ll see throughout this post in her pretty pink tulle dress. As the day wore on, it became obvious that Arica, Levi, and Lily are loved by so many people. Parents, grandparents, and friends alike flocked to hug them, talk with them, and to play with Lily while her parents enjoyed their wedding day. Every detail turned out beautifully, and in true Ohio style, they had planned to watch the Buckeye game on the big screen at the venue after the reception came to a close! As a photographer, I couldn’t have asked for a more relaxed and fun wedding day to capture. There was originally rain in the forecast but there wasn’t more than a sprinkle until after we had said our goodbyes!

To the new Mr. and Mrs. Johnson– thank you for the privilege of capturing your wedding day. You and Lily are a beautiful family and she should be proud to have parents like you! Your families are wonderful, your wedding was beautiful, and Arica, you were one stunning bride in that gorgeous dress. I’m excited to share these images with you!
