Classic Black-Tie Wedding at the Columbus Museum of Art

Liza & Will

From day one of planning Liza & Will’s wedding, I knew it was going to be special. Most weddings commemorate two families coming together, but this time, the entire day felt like one big family celebrating with absolutely no reservations.

Liza and Will met in high school, through a design of their mothers, who lived just a few streets apart. Today the two of them live in Alaska, and Liza’s mom took the lead role in the wedding planning along with Tracey Castrejón and her team. When the day finally arrived, no detail was left untouched… and yet, the day wasn’t about the details at all. Every ounce of energy found itself laser-focused on the bonds between parent and child, brother and sister, and of course, bride and groom.

Enjoy this peek into Liza and Will’s wedding day; my hope is that their love and grace will shine through the screen and make you smile. The flowers, the laughter, the energy, and their antique car “Dottie”… each detail and each moment was so, so special.

Thank you to the amazing vendor team who brought Liza & Will’s wedding day to life!
