Xiomy and Nathan first came into each other’s lives during those formative (and sometimes perilous) middle school years. They were nothing more than casual friends, and would go on to live separate lives, have children, start careers. Yet they were both missing something they longed for- a life partner, a soulmate, a relationship that would bring wholeness to their families. Twenty years later, they found that partnership in each other.
Xiomy and Nathan’s wedding at the Dayton Masonic Center isn’t one I’ll soon forget! The details were classic, romantic, and elegant. The families were energetic, joyful, and supportive. Xiomy has a smile that lights up a room and just the right amount of sass to match Nathan’s fun and confident personality. Between the two of them, Nathan and Xiomy have three young boys who all played important roles throughout the wedding day. I don’t think there was a dry eye in the house as Xiomy’s son Kayden walked her down the aisle to meet her groom.
One of the most memorable moments was the speech given by Nathan’s best man. He told the story of Xiomy and Nathan’s relationship from an insider’s perspective, and it was clear that everyone in the room agreed that Nathan and Xiomy belong together.
Thank you to Xiomy and Nathan’s amazing vendor team!
