Kim + Nathan | Engaged

When I met up with Kim and Nate this past Tuesday at Franklin Park, I had no idea that their engagement session would quickly become one of my top favorites!! Kim and I had a few classes together in college, and when she reached out to me earlier this year about photographing her winter wedding, I was so excited!

These two had quite an adventure in the hours leading up to their session… someone broke into Kim’s car and stole a bag of clothes she had in the back seat, including a dress she had bought for her engagement session! With only a few hours until it was time to hit the road, Nate went on a quick shopping trip and picked up the exact same dress. You’d never know anything happened!

Despite the crazy events of the afternoon, Kim and Nate absolutely rocked it all the way through their session. Kim and I had fun catching up, and these two were absolutely perfect in front of the camera! They got comfortable so fast, and we all had so much fun laughing together. Kim has always been a bubbly person, but her face lights up even more when she’s in Nate’s arms! They respect each other, understand each other, and they see each other. I absolutely LOVED capturing this little piece of their love story! Their wedding is going to be absolutely magical, and I just can’t wait.
