Katie + Daniel | Engaged

I met Katie and Daniel on a warm summer evening at Wegerzyn Gardens in Dayton, and from the moment they stepped out of the car, they were all smiles. Katie was a bridesmaid in Zach and Meredith’s wedding last winter, and I remembered her sweet demeanor and gorgeous blonde hair and piercing blue eyes. Little did I know that she is actually as sweet as she appears, and her fiancé is just the same!

I just loved spending the evening with these two. Daniel cares for Katie so deeply, and was willing to try just about anything in front of the camera! These two interact so naturally, and it’s obvious that they are deeply in love and love being in each other’s arms! They light up when they look at each other, and can’t help but smile. One of my favorite parts of the evening was photographing Katie’s custom, one-of-a-kind ring! There are so many gorgeous flowers at Wegerzyn that I just had to photograph it on them all 😉 I have so many favorites from this session, and it was so hard to choose!
