If I had to tell you one thing that sticks in my mind about Lyndsey and BJ, it is without a doubt their selflessness and love for others. They both overflow with an unending amount of compassion and concern for the wellbeing of others, and I was so excited to capture beautiful wedding images as a way to give back to this amazing couple. Their love is something special, and their wedding day was a perfect reflection of that.

Lyndsey and BJ’s ceremony at Vineyard Community Church was beautiful, with so many friends and loved ones giving readings and testimonies to describe the commitment of marriage that the bride and groom would be making that day. BJ wore a traditional Irish kilt to honor his family’s heritage, and Lyndsey wore her grandmother’s wedding ring as her own. It was perfect and beautiful, a reflection of not only the importance of marriage, but also of the value they place on the important people in their lives.

Lyndsey and BJ just give, give give; and I can only imagine the strength and support they will provide to one another as husband and wife as they continue to give together. They make each other stronger and will be unstoppable together. It’s already evident that they make a great team, and love to laugh together! Besides the ceremony and toasts, my favorite part of the day was when Lyndsey and BJ opened their reception by reading a giant storybook aloud to all the kids. The book told their love story, portrayed by a knight and a princess, and was the perfect whimsical way to kick off an incredible evening. To the new Mr. and Mrs. Brennan, I am honored to have captured your wedding memories for you! May you have many happy years together, and may your love grow strong and steadily through each one.
