From the moment Josh and I first met Emily and Austin at their favorite local coffee shop, I knew that their wedding day was going to be one beautiful moment after another! The venue they chose for their wedding day, the gorgeous Oak Grove at Jorgensen Farms, is one of my all-time favorites! The recurring theme of their day was lavender, which paired beautifully with the greenhouse at Oak Grove, the rolling green fields, and their gorgeous brand new reception space! From the lavender lemonade to the beautiful bouquets filled with every shade of purple, to the lavender plant they carefully potted during their ceremony; every last detail was fresh and timeless.

Emily looked like an absolute queen on her wedding day. I loved the embellished headpiece she chose to compliment her short pixie cut, which left the back open to show off the gorgeous lace detail on the back of her gown. Austin was nervous at the beginning of the day, but as soon as he saw her, the nerves melted away to be replaced by a smile that never disappeared. Through their portraits, ceremony, and cocktail hour; from their first dance to the dreamy golden sunset, Emily and Austin savored every moment together. They danced the night away in each other’s arms with their friends and family by their side, and nothing could have made their day any brighter.

Emily and Austin, I am SO excited for the two of you to begin this adventure of marriage together! Emily, your smile lights up the room even from a mile away, and Austin, the dedication and intensity with which you care about others is going to make you a great husband.
