Megan and Brett’s wedding day was my last in a busy month and a half of weddings, and boy was it a great one to end on! Everything about Megan & Brett’s day was perfect… beautiful June weather (not too hot, with passing clouds), the gorgeous florals (!!!), the most perfect dress with stunning train, and all at one of my favorite venues in Columbus- Swan Lake Event Center. Their grounds are stunning and we got to explore so many areas!

My favorite moment of the day was when Megan came down the aisle. When she and her dad started down the hill towards Brett and all their guests, the moment was electric. The music swelled, tears were shed, and everyone there knew that *this* was the moment they had been waiting for. I often have engaged couples concerned that if they choose a first look, the emotional reaction at the ceremony will be lackluster… and Megan and Brett proved that notion wrong. The nerves were gone; only love, joy, and excitement remained. They said their vows framed by a stunning floral piece by Florafino’s and walked out together as husband and wife, flanked by an aisle of rose petals and their cheering family and friends.
